PR past: Kate began her career as a newspaper reporter before gaining a job as a PR assistant for a bespoke furniture maker in Nottingham. She then went on to study journalism at the University of Lincoln after which she worked as a broadcast journalist for the Lincs Fm group. Kate returned to PR in 2005 working as a press officer at the University of Lincoln before leaving to set up Shooting Star PR.

Name: Jez Ashberry
Position: Director
PR past: Jez cut his teeth as a news and sports reporter on local papers and also edited Lincolnshire Life magazine before taking the PR shilling and looking after media relations for the new University of Lincoln for eight years. His modest claims to fame include interviews with Jim Broadbent and Nicholas Parsons and he is proud to have sat in the press box at the old Wembley Stadium.

Niki has worked in France, Holland, Italy, Singapore, London and Brighton but returned to Lincoln in 2007 to bring up her baby in her hometown.
