Lighthouse Property Services Ltd is a specialist property management company based in the city of Lincoln.
The business was formed in 2001 when managing director Tim Clark bought property on behalf of investors wishing to purchase student properties in Lincoln.
In 2004 the company acquired Stapleton Management to strengthen the private lettings sector of its business.
Lighthouse now manage around 700 properties in Lincoln and its surrounding villages, comprising of 400 private and 300 student properties. The company expects further expansion, particularly in the private sector.
Lighthouse are able to offer a one-stop shop of services relating to property management at home and abroad.
Shooting Star PR provides comprehensive media relations support to the business and also project-manages the company’s new bi-annual newsletter, The Lighthouse Keeper.
