Prize Winner has got a Lot of Bottle

A Donington businessman was able to toast his own success when he won a case of wine in a prize draw.

Richard Newhouse, Director of Newbrook Engineering in Donington, entered the draw when he completed an online survey for Shooting Star PR, a new PR consultancy based in Lincoln.

Richard’s name was drawn out of the hat and he was the lucky winner of 12 bottles of wine kindly donated by Lincoln beer and wine wholesalers Small Beer.

“We carried out some market research to evaluate the need for a new PR company in Lincolnshire,” said Jez Ashberry, who has set up Shooting Star PR with colleague Kate Strawson.

“We wanted to encourage business people to complete the survey so we enlisted the help of Small Beer who very kindly offered a case of wine to the winner of our prize draw.

“The response was tremendous and made it clear to us that many Lincolnshire businesses would benefit from having a PR company on their doorstep.”

Richard Newhouse commented: “I was surprised and extremely pleased to win. I am very keen to support new businesses and I feel sure that Shooting Star PR will be a great success.”
