Lincolnshire Agricultural Society
The Lincolnshire Show is the highlight of the county’s events calendar and the Lincolnshire Showground has been its home for almost half a century.
The 205-acre showground just north of Lincoln is also home to the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, which was formed in 1869 and which is responsible for the spectacular annual show which attracts around 70,00 visitors each year.
Shooting Star PR is providing PR support for the society and helping to promote the 2007 Lincolnshire Show, providing press releases and news generation, media relations, media training and liaison with journalists during the show.
Shooting Star PR was also commissioned to write the copy for the new Lincolnshire Showground web site.
